Vinyasa Flow
Breath-linked movement that builds heat — sun salutations, standing sequences, a strong, sweaty finish.
A converted-loft studio with south-facing windows, wood floors, and 47 classes a week — vinyasa, slow flow, restorative, and yin, for every level.
Every class, every style, fourteen days. No membership, no auto-renew — just two weeks to find the room and the teacher that fit. Most new students start with Slow Flow or the Beginner's Series.

From a strong morning vinyasa to a candlelit wind-down — every class is all-levels, and every teacher will meet you where your body is today.
Breath-linked movement that builds heat — sun salutations, standing sequences, a strong, sweaty finish.
The same shapes as vinyasa, half the pace. Every pose held a few breaths longer. Where most beginners begin.
Four or five fully-supported poses, bolsters and blankets, nowhere to be. The studio's deepest rest.
Long-held floor poses — three to five minutes each — that open the hips, spine, and connective tissue.
A safe, strengthening practice for every trimester, taught by our RPYT-certified teachers.
A four-week arc that teaches the foundational poses, the breath, and the vocabulary from the ground up.
A slow, warm flow by candlelight — the last class of the day, lights low, playlists quiet.

Schedule updates Sunday evenings · reserve a spot up to 14 days ahead in the Stillwater app.
Stillwater lives on the second floor of an old textile building — exposed beams, a wall of south-facing windows, and reclaimed maple underfoot. Shoes off at the door, phones in the cubbies, tea on whenever you arrive.
Every Stillwater teacher is registered with the Yoga Alliance and has trained here for at least a year before leading a class of their own.
Opened Stillwater in 2017 after a decade teaching across the city's studios.
Came to yoga through running injuries; teaches the gentlest hour in the building.
Prenatal-certified; her Saturday flow has a months-long word-of-mouth following.
Studied yin alongside Chinese-medicine theory; ends every class with ten minutes of stillness.
Teaches the four-week beginner's arc — patient, precise, no assumed vocabulary.
A former ICU nurse; her restorative classes are the studio's quietest hour.
Builds the evening playlists himself; the 7:30 candlelit class is his.
A background in dance; sequences with an unusual sense of transition and flow.
No contracts and no joining fees — ever. Start with a drop-in, settle into a pack, or go unlimited when the practice becomes part of your week.
One class, any style. For visitors and the occasional practice.
Every class, every day — for the practice that's part of your week.
Ten classes over six months. The flexible middle ground.
"I came in for the two-week trial after a move and never left. The Tuesday slow flow is the one hour I protect on my calendar."
"I'd written off yoga as not-for-me. The beginner's series changed that — four weeks, nothing assumed, and suddenly I had a practice."
"I practiced through both pregnancies here. Priya's prenatal class held me together. This studio has watched my family grow up."
