Seven ways to spend an hour.

From a strong morning vinyasa to a candlelit wind-down — every class is all-levels, and every teacher will meet you where your body is today.

Vinyasa Flow

Moderate · 60 min

Breath-linked movement that builds heat — sun salutations, standing sequences, a strong, sweaty finish.

Slow Flow

Gentle · 60 min

The same shapes as vinyasa, half the pace. Every pose held a few breaths longer. Where most beginners begin.

Restorative

Gentle · 75 min

Four or five fully-supported poses, bolsters and blankets, nowhere to be. The studio's deepest rest.

Yin

Gentle · 75 min

Long-held floor poses — three to five minutes each — that open the hips, spine, and connective tissue.

Prenatal

Gentle · 60 min

A safe, strengthening practice for every trimester, taught by our RPYT-certified teachers.

Beginner's Series

All levels · 4 weeks

A four-week arc that teaches the foundational poses, the breath, and the vocabulary from the ground up.

Candlelit Evening

Moderate · 60 min

A slow, warm flow by candlelight — the last class of the day, lights low, playlists quiet.

Stillwater lives on the second floor of an old textile building — exposed beams, a wall of south-facing windows, and reclaimed maple underfoot. Shoes off at the door, phones in the cubbies, tea on whenever you arrive.

Just bring yourself — mats, blocks, bolsters and blankets are here. Arrive ten minutes early so a teacher can show you around, and wear something you can move and breathe in.

I've never done yoga — which class do I start with?+

Slow Flow or the four-week Beginner's Series. Both assume zero experience and zero vocabulary. Tell the teacher it's your first class and they'll keep a quiet eye on you the whole hour.

Do you provide mats?+

Yes — mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps are all here and included in every class and membership. Bring your own mat if you prefer; most new students don't.

Can I freeze my membership?+

Unlimited members get one free freeze a year, up to three months — for travel, injury, or a busy stretch. Email us and we'll pause your billing the same day.

Is the room heated?+

Gently. The main room sits around 78°F — warm enough to move comfortably, never hot yoga. Restorative and yin classes run a touch warmer still.

Do you offer prenatal classes?+

Yes — two dedicated prenatal classes a week, taught by RPYT-certified teachers, plus prenatal modifications offered in any all-levels class. Safe for every trimester.
