Robes, slippers, towels, and circuit amenities are provided. Arrive thirty minutes early to change and begin the circuit unhurried. Leave your phone in the locker — the lounge is a quiet space.

What is the thermal circuit, and how long does it take?+
It's a self-paced cycle of cedar sauna, eucalyptus steam room, and cold plunge, with rest between rounds. Most guests do two or three rounds over 60 to 90 minutes. It pairs beautifully before any treatment.
Do I need to book, or can I walk in?+
We strongly recommend booking — treatment rooms and thermal-circuit sessions both have limited capacity. Walk-ins are welcome when there's space, but weekends and evenings fill days ahead.
What's included in the monthly membership?+
One 60-minute treatment each month — massage or facial — plus unlimited thermal-circuit access, member pricing on anything extra, and rollover of unused treatments for up to three months.
Can I book a couples' room?+
Yes — our couples' suite fits two massage tables and has a private soak. Book it for two 80-minute massages; the thermal circuit afterward is included for both guests.
Are gratuities included?+
Gratuity is never expected and never added automatically. If a treatment moved you and you'd like to tip, the front desk makes it easy — but your membership and prices already cover everything.
