How does the AI learn our tone without sounding generic? +

On import we index your last 90 days of sent replies and build a private style profile — preferred greetings, sign-offs, sentence length, how formal you run. Drafts are generated against that profile only; nothing trains a shared model and you can re-tune it any time from Settings.

Can we migrate history from Help Scout or Front? +

Yes. We import conversations, tags, and saved replies via their export APIs — a 20k-thread inbox takes about 40 minutes and runs in the background while you work. Customer email addresses are matched so threads stay continuous.

How does collision detection actually work? +

When you open a thread we hold a soft lock and show a live "viewing" indicator to everyone else. If two people start typing, the second sees a gentle banner before they hit send — no hard locks, so you're never blocked from jumping in on an urgent one.

Where is our data stored, and can we pick a region? +

Data sits in EU (Frankfurt) or US (Virginia) — you choose per workspace on Atrium. Everything is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. We're SOC 2 Type II and GDPR-ready; the full report is available under NDA.

What happens to the free plan when we add a 4th seat? +

Nothing breaks — you'll get a friendly prompt to move to Studio, and you only pay for seats above the third. Annual billing prorates the day you switch, and if you drop back under three seats we'll move you back to Hearth automatically.
