One day. One topic.
Operational depth.

Single-day, live workshops for senior PMs and engineering leaders. No survey courses. No six-week drip. One operator who's actually done it, one genuinely hard topic, and a room of 24 peers — worked through in a single day.

Led by operators from Stripe, Linear, Figma & Vercel

Who runs the room

Operators, not lecturers.

Every workshop is led by someone who owned the problem at scale — and is still close enough to it to answer the question behind your question.

How a day runs

10am to 5pm, no filler.

Live on Zoom · 24 seats
pre-reading sent 5 days ahead
10:00 Open & framing +
Twenty-four people, brief intros, and the operator framing the problem honestly — including where the easy advice on this topic is wrong. You'll also name the specific version of the problem you brought, so the day stays anchored to real work.
10:30 The framework +
The core teaching block — the mental model the operator actually used, with the real decisions and the real trade-offs, not a sanitized case study. This is the one stretch of the day that looks like a talk, and it's kept under an hour on purpose.
11:30 Working session I +
You apply the framework to your own situation in small breakout groups, with the operator rotating between rooms. You leave this block with a first draft of something real — an experiment brief, a pricing canvas, an interview rubric.
13:30 Working session II +
The harder half: the edge cases, the politics, and the constraints that make this difficult in a real org. Groups pressure-test each other's drafts, and the operator does a few teardowns live, in front of everyone, with permission.
15:00 Live teardowns +
Volunteers put their actual artifact on the screen and the room — operator included — works it over. Attendees consistently rate this the highest-value block; it's where the abstract advice becomes specific to your company.
16:15 Synthesis & an action plan +
You leave with a written, three-step plan for the next two weeks — not notes, a plan — plus the full resource pack. The day closes by 5pm sharp, because respecting your calendar is part of the product.
The track record

Two years. It holds up.

38

workshops run since the first session in 2024.

84

"I've expensed a great deal of 'leadership development.' Roundtable is the only one where I left with a spreadsheet I used the next morning. One day, one topic, and genuinely zero filler."
→ SHIPPED A PRICING CHANGE 3 WEEKS LATER
Ines Calderón
Director of Eng · Mercury
"The hiring workshop paid for itself before lunch. We rebuilt our IC interview loop that same week and closed two staff candidates we had been quietly losing for a month."
→ 2 STAFF HIRES CLOSED IN 9 DAYS
Tomás Reyes
Head of Growth · Forecast
"Most courses pad one good afternoon into six weeks. Roundtable does the opposite — it respects that I'm senior and busy, and it just gets straight to the operational depth."

Good questions

Before you reserve.

Will the workshop be recorded? +

The teaching blocks are recorded and shared with attendees for personal review for 60 days. The breakout sessions and live teardowns are not — people speak candidly about real numbers and real hiring decisions, and that only works if it stays in the room. The recording is a backup, not a substitute: roughly all of the value is in being there live and in the work you do during the day.

Can my company expense it? +

Almost everyone does. At $499, a workshop sits well under most managers' discretionary approval limit, and we issue a proper itemized invoice in your company's name immediately on booking. We can also bill a company directly via PO if your finance team prefers that — just choose "invoice my company" at checkout, or email us and we'll set it up the same day.

Are workshops live every month? +

Yes — there's a workshop roughly every three to four weeks, and the topic rotates. Popular topics like pricing and hiring come back two or three times a year, so if the one you need has already passed, it will return. The calendar is published a full quarter ahead, and pack holders can see and book unannounced dates first.

What if I have to miss the live day? +

Plans change, so a seat can be moved to any future date for free up to 72 hours before the workshop — or handed to a colleague at any time, including the morning of. Inside 72 hours, we can roll your seat to the next run of the same topic. Because the format is one self-contained day, rescheduling costs you nothing but the wait.

Do you offer group discounts for teams? +

Yes. Four or more people from the same company attending the same workshop get 20% off every seat and a private breakout room, so your team works its own real problem together rather than being split across strangers. For a larger group or a topic delivered privately for one company, email [email protected] and we'll quote a dedicated session.
