Single-day, live workshops for senior PMs and engineering leaders. No survey courses. No six-week drip. One operator who's actually done it, one genuinely hard topic, and a room of 24 peers — worked through in a single day.
Led by operators from Stripe, Linear, Figma & Vercel
Topics rotate monthly. Each is a complete, self-contained day — come to the one that matches the problem on your desk this quarter, skip the rest with no FOMO.
Every workshop is led by someone who owned the problem at scale — and is still close enough to it to answer the question behind your question.
Ran the PLG motion that took Vercel from 40k to 900k developers.
Owned the on-call that watched a billion events a day. Has strong views on pages.
Owned three pricing-model changes at Stripe — and is candid about the one that didn't land.
Hired 60 of Linear's first 120 engineers, and rebuilt the loop twice to get there.

"I've expensed a great deal of 'leadership development.' Roundtable is the only one where I left with a spreadsheet I used the next morning. One day, one topic, and genuinely zero filler."
"The hiring workshop paid for itself before lunch. We rebuilt our IC interview loop that same week and closed two staff candidates we had been quietly losing for a month."
"Most courses pad one good afternoon into six weeks. Roundtable does the opposite — it respects that I'm senior and busy, and it just gets straight to the operational depth."
No homework, no cohort obligations, no Slack to keep up with. You clear one Friday, and you come back with the work mostly done.
No subscription, no membership. Reserve the workshop you need — or grab the pack if you can already see three on the calendar worth your Friday.
TEAMS — Sending 4 or more from one company gets 20% off and a private breakout room. Email [email protected].
The teaching blocks are recorded and shared with attendees for personal review for 60 days. The breakout sessions and live teardowns are not — people speak candidly about real numbers and real hiring decisions, and that only works if it stays in the room. The recording is a backup, not a substitute: roughly all of the value is in being there live and in the work you do during the day.
Almost everyone does. At $499, a workshop sits well under most managers' discretionary approval limit, and we issue a proper itemized invoice in your company's name immediately on booking. We can also bill a company directly via PO if your finance team prefers that — just choose "invoice my company" at checkout, or email us and we'll set it up the same day.
Yes — there's a workshop roughly every three to four weeks, and the topic rotates. Popular topics like pricing and hiring come back two or three times a year, so if the one you need has already passed, it will return. The calendar is published a full quarter ahead, and pack holders can see and book unannounced dates first.
Plans change, so a seat can be moved to any future date for free up to 72 hours before the workshop — or handed to a colleague at any time, including the morning of. Inside 72 hours, we can roll your seat to the next run of the same topic. Because the format is one self-contained day, rescheduling costs you nothing but the wait.
Yes. Four or more people from the same company attending the same workshop get 20% off every seat and a private breakout room, so your team works its own real problem together rather than being split across strangers. For a larger group or a topic delivered privately for one company, email [email protected] and we'll quote a dedicated session.
The next workshop fills the way every Roundtable does — quietly, then suddenly. Nine seats are open as of now.
