What happens on the free discovery call — is it a sales pitch?+
No pitch. We spend 30 minutes on what you're actually working through. If coaching can help, I'll say so; if it can't, I'll tell you that too and often point you somewhere better.
How are sessions delivered and how long is the commitment?+
Over video (Google Meet), or in person for Strategy Days. Monthly coaching is month-to-month — no annual lock-in. Sprints are a fixed six-week container.
What's your reschedule/cancellation policy for a paid session?+
Reschedule free with 24 hours' notice from your calendar link. Inside 24 hours the session is counted, though I'll always try to find another slot that week when something urgent comes up.
Do you work with early-stage founders or only execs?+
Both. Roughly half my clients are pre-Series-B founders, half are senior operators at later-stage companies. The Founder Sprint exists specifically for early-stage inflection points.
Is anything we discuss confidential?+
Entirely. Everything is held in strict confidence, and I won't coach two people in direct conflict (e.g. co-founders in dispute, or a manager and their report) without explicit agreement from both.
