"Pipe burst under the kitchen sink on a Sunday. Plumbline answered on the second ring and had someone here in 50 minutes. Honest, fast, and the price they quoted was the price I paid."

Rusted galvanized → new copper
Park Slope brownstone — full riser swapped in a single day.
Clogged drain → clear flow
Fort Greene kitchen — years of grease hydro-jetted out.
Old tank → tankless heater
Bay Ridge basement — endless hot water, half the footprint.
From the first call to a clean kitchen floor — here's exactly how a Plumbline visit goes.
Tell us what's wrong and where you are. We give you a real arrival window, not a vague "sometime today".
A master plumber finds the real cause and hands you a written flat-rate quote. You decide before anything starts.
We finish the job, run the water to prove it, and leave your space cleaner than we found it.

"They replaced our ancient water heater with a tankless unit. Daniel walked me through the sizing, pulled the permit himself, and cleaned up so well I couldn't tell anyone had been in the basement."
Kwame Osei
Fort Greene · Tankless heater install
"Slow shower drain for months. Other plumbers wanted to 'open the wall'. Plumbline ran a camera, found a grease clog, and jetted it in under an hour. No drama, fair price."
Priya Raghavan
Bay Ridge · Drain cleaning
"Whole-home repipe on a 100-year-old house. They mapped every line, worked clean, and finished a day early. The flat-rate quote never moved — exactly what they promised."

"Our sump pump died during a storm. They came out same evening, installed a new one with a battery backup, and stayed to watch it cycle twice. Real peace of mind."

Windsor Terrace · Sump pump install
"Third time I've used Plumbline in five years — new toilet, a faucet, and a leak under the tub. Same guy each time, always on time, never tries to sell me something I don't need."

Years in business
Plumbing should never come with a surprise. You see the full price before we touch a tool — and that price doesn't change because the job ran late or fell on a weekend.
Upfront flat-rate pricing
One fixed number, approved by you before work begins. No hourly meter.
2-year workmanship warranty
Every install and repair is backed for two years. It fails, we fix it free.
No overtime charges
Nights, weekends, holidays — the rate stays the rate. We mean it.
The questions Brooklyn homeowners ask us most. Still unsure? We're happy to talk it through on the phone.
Call (555) 408-2210No. Estimates are free for standard residential work — we come out, look at the job, and give you a written flat-rate quote with zero obligation. The only exception is a sewer-line camera inspection, which is a diagnostic service priced from $189, and that fee is credited toward the repair if you book it with us.
Yes. Our regular hours are Mon-Sat, 7am to 8pm, and we keep a 24/7 emergency line open every night, Sunday and holiday for burst pipes, major leaks and no-water situations. A real plumber answers — not a machine — and best of all, there's no overtime surcharge for after-hours calls.
Always flat-rate. We diagnose the problem first, then quote one fixed price for the whole job, parts and labor included. You approve that number before any work starts, and it doesn't move — if the job takes us longer than expected, that's on us, not you. No meter, no padded hours.
Yes. As a licensed master plumber, Plumbline pulls the required NYC permit for every water-heater install and schedules the inspection on your behalf. The permit cost is itemized in your flat-rate quote up front — no hidden fees. Skipping the permit can void your home insurance, so we never do.
Both carry our 2-year workmanship warranty — if our labor fails within two years, we return and correct it at no charge. The difference is the parts: a new install (water heater, fixture, sump pump) also carries the manufacturer's product warranty, often 6 to 12 years, which we register for you. On a repair to existing equipment, we warranty our work, but we can't warranty aging parts we didn't supply.
Send a few details or just call — a licensed master plumber will get back to you fast with a real flat-rate quote. No pressure, no call center.
We typically reply within the hour during business hours.
