Per-SKU policy. You set a "virtual stock" cap that's the sum of on-hand + incoming PO with an expected-receive date. Mantle exposes that cap to channels, marks the line as "ships by Mar 14", and decrements it as orders come in. If the PO slips, we pause new pre-orders and email your inbox.
Mantle's forecast uses a 52-week velocity window per SKU, blended with category seasonality and your supplier's lead-time variance. We output a recommended reorder quantity and a confidence band. The agent will only auto-draft a PO; a human always approves the send.
