Do I need a consultation before injectables or laser?+
Yes — and it's complimentary. A licensed provider reviews your history, skin, and goals before any injectable or laser treatment. For many first visits we can consult and treat the same day once you're cleared.
Is there downtime after microneedling or a peel?+
Some. Microneedling usually means 24–48 hours of redness like a mild sunburn; peels can flake for 3–5 days depending on strength. We'll tell you exactly what to expect and time it around your calendar.
Who actually performs the treatment — a nurse or an esthetician?+
Injectables and laser are performed by Dr. Lane, RN, under MD oversight. Facials and peels are with Camille, our master esthetician. We'll always tell you who you're booked with up front.
What's your deposit and cancellation policy for booked appointments?+
A $50 deposit holds your slot and applies to your treatment. Reschedule free with 24 hours' notice; inside that window the deposit is forfeited, since treatment rooms and provider time are reserved for you.
Are results guaranteed, and how many sessions will I need?+
No ethical clinic guarantees results — bodies differ. We'll give you a realistic range at consult (e.g. laser hair removal is typically 6–8 sessions; microneedling 3–4). You'll never be sold a package you don't need.
