The classes

Six ways to put work in.

Every class is coached, programmed, and scaled to you. Walk in knowing exactly what you're doing and why.

Strength Small-Group

All levels · 60 min

Capped at 8. Percentage-based programming on the main lifts with a coach watching every set.

Conditioning

All levels · 45 min

Engines built with sleds, rowers, carries, and intervals. Hard, scalable, and never random.

Open Gym

Independent · all day

Run your own program with coaches on the floor. Full barbell, rack, and platform access.

Olympic Lifting

Member stories

Strong is a verb here.

"I joined Foundations having never picked up a barbell. Last week I deadlifted 225. The photo on the gym wall says it happened."

"I came back from a herniated disc terrified of lifting. Saanvi rebuilt my squat from an empty bar. I'm stronger than before the injury."

Before you start

Straight answers.

I've never touched a barbell — is this for me?+

Especially for you. Everyone starts in Foundations — a four-week, small-group on-ramp that teaches the squat, hinge, press, and pull from zero. No athletic background assumed.

What are class sizes — how much individual coaching?+

Strength classes cap at 8, Foundations at 6. One coach per class, every set watched. You'll get your name called and your form corrected — every session, not just your first.

Is there a contract, or is it month-to-month?+

Month to month, always. No contracts and no initiation fee. Cancel or freeze with two weeks' notice — for travel, injury, or any reason at all.

Do you have showers and parking?+

Four showers and towel service in each locker room, plus day lockers. Free parking in the Anvil Court lot and on Forge Street — never a problem, even at the 5:30am class.

Can I do open gym on a class membership?+

Yes — every class membership includes full open-gym access during staffed hours. Train your accessory work, make up a missed session, or just lift on your own time.

Your first session is free.

Book a free intro — a coach, a movement screen, and a real conversation about where you're starting from. Then your first week of classes is on us.
