We're in-network with 142 plans: Aetna, Cigna, BCBS (most states), UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Oscar, Anthem, plus Medicare Advantage in 14 states. In-network visits are $0; out-of-network the $39 membership covers unlimited visits. We submit claims directly — no superbills, no chasing reimbursement. Eligibility check takes 8 seconds at sign-up.
