How is this different from HubSpot Sales Hub or Pipedrive? +

HubSpot is a marketing platform with a sales tool bolted on; Pipedrive is a kanban with a pricing problem at scale. Frontier is purpose-built for B2B AEs working 30-100 active deals each. We're more opinionated about pipeline ergonomics, ship AI coaching as a first-class feature, and our forecasting is ML-backed (not a sum of stage probabilities you typed in manually). Most of our customers came from HubSpot at 80+ AEs, when the workflow stopped scaling.

Can I migrate from Salesforce in a weekend? +

For most teams under 30 AEs: yes. Frontier's Salesforce migration tool pulls Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Tasks, Notes, Emails, and Activity History via the SFDC API; we map standard fields automatically and surface custom-field decisions for you. A 12-person team usually goes live by Sunday evening. Larger orgs run Frontier alongside SFDC in parallel mode for 4-6 weeks before flipping.

What about email tracking and meeting scheduling? +

Built in. Two-way Gmail/Outlook sync, deliverability-safe send-from-your-address, opens/clicks tracking, snippet library, and inbox triage live inside Frontier. Meeting scheduling matches the patterns of Calendly + Chili Piper — one-click round-robin booking, conditional routing, lead enrichment on booking. No additional tool needed for ~85% of teams.

Does the AI coach learn from my closed-won deals? +

Yes — and only from yours. We don't pool training data across customers. The coach builds a "win pattern" index from your own closed-won deals: stage sequences, days-in-stage thresholds, common objections, content shared, stakeholders looped in. After ~80 closed deals it gets meaningfully better than generic advice. You can disable the AI features entirely without losing core CRM functionality.

How do I handle multi-currency and international territories? +

Native multi-currency with daily FX rates from a published source (XE), historical rates pinned at deal-creation. Territory rules support country, region, ARR, industry, named accounts — any combination. Pipeline reports roll up in your reporting currency automatically. We support 38 currencies natively and any custom currency on Enterprise.
