The case
The case
for plain metal
We cast Folio from the silver swept off our own bench — old castings, sprue, filings — refined and poured again. The result is deliberately undecorated: a signet with no crest, a cuff with no stone, a band with one chamfered edge. Plain metal is the only kind that improves with handling; it scratches into a finish no polish could fake, and records the years the way a leather sole records the miles.
