Do you take walk-ins or is it appointment-only?+
Both. We hold chairs for walk-ins daily, but booking guarantees your barber and time — weekends fill by Thursday.
Is there a deposit, and what's your no-show policy?+
No deposit to book. We place a $10 hold; it's only charged on a no-show or a cancel inside 2 hours. Reschedule anytime from the reminder text.
Can I book the same barber every time?+
Yes — pick your barber when you book and set a recurring slot (every 2, 3, or 4 weeks). Most regulars do.
Do you do beard designs and hairline edge-ups?+
Deon and Theo do freehand designs, line work, and crisp edge-ups. Add it on when you book or ask in the chair.
How early should I show up for my first visit?+
Five minutes is plenty. First visit your barber will do a quick consult on length and shape so we get it repeatable.
