Walker's Haute Route
Mont Blanc to the Matterhorn through eleven valleys and six high cols.
Hut-to-hut traverses across the Écrins, Bernese Oberland, and the Dolomites — small rope teams, IFMGA guides, and evenings that end above the cloud line. No vans, no crowds, no shortcuts.
Every traverse is graded, fully portered between huts, and capped at eight walkers. Prices are per person, half-board, guide included.
Mont Blanc to the Matterhorn through eleven valleys and six high cols.
Pale towers and via ferrata ledges from Braies to Belluno.
Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau over your shoulder for six unhurried days.
Our nineteen guides average eleven seasons on the routes they lead. They know which hut keeper saves the last rösti and which col turns to ice by two in the afternoon. You walk with the same guide start to finish.
Meet the team →We book the good bunks early — corner dorms, the ones with windows facing the glacier. Dinner is three courses and a carafe of something local. Bags travel ahead by porter or cable, so you carry a daypack and nothing more.
See where we sleep →We build in weather days, photo stops, and an afternoon swim in a tarn when the season allows. Distances are honest — five to seven hours of walking, never the death marches other operators sell as "challenge."

"I've done the Haute Route twice with big operators. Cairn was the first time I felt like I was on a walk with friends, not herded. Marek slowed us down at exactly the right places."
"The hut at Moiry, the storm that rolled in over dinner, the guide playing cards with the keeper's kids — that's the trip. The summits were almost a bonus."
"I was nervous about the ferrata sections on Alta Via 1. Lena clipped me in, talked me through every move, and by day three I was leading them. Genuinely changed what I think I'm capable of."
