Our house Brazil-Ethiopia blend, pulled short, equal milk. The drink half of Gràcia orders by name.
Flourless, baked each morning, gone by two. Best warm with a spoon of crème fraîche on the side.
Our sourdough, rubbed with tomato and good oil, Cantabrian anchovy laid over. Lunch, basically.
Everything is mixed the night before and baked while the street is still dark. Bread comes out at seven; the croissant trays don’t make it to nine. Order a loaf ahead and we’ll keep it under the counter with your name on it.
