Yes — that's the whole point of how we work. You're paired with one cleaner who keeps your recurring slot, so the same familiar person returns each visit. If they're ever out sick or on vacation, we tell you ahead of time and send a trained backup who's briefed on your home's notes.

Every Brightwork cleaner is a W-2 employee — hired, trained, background-checked, and paid by us, never a gig contractor. It matters because employees are accountable to a company you can hold responsible, they're covered by our insurance, and they stick around — which is exactly why you keep the same person. We do not use independent contractors at all.

We clean with plant-based, eco-friendly products that are low-VOC and free of ammonia and bleach, so they're safe to use around pets and children with no harsh fumes left behind. If you'd rather we use a specific product you already own — or skip a particular scent — just leave it out and note it on your booking. We're happy to work with what you keep at home.

Not at all — most clients are at work during their visit. You can leave a key, a lockbox code, or a building entry method on file, and your cleaner follows your access notes exactly. Many people like to be home for the first clean to do a quick walkthrough, then hand off access for every visit after that. Whatever you're comfortable with works.

A standard recurring clean covers kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and tidying. It doesn't include inside-the-fridge or inside-the-oven detailing, interior windows, laundry, exterior work, or moving heavy furniture — those are optional add-ons you can attach to any visit. Anything that needs a ladder above two steps, pest cleanup, or biohazard work falls outside what we do; we'll tell you upfront if so.
