What owners ask us.
Does my dog need vaccinations to come, and which ones?+
Yes — current rabies, DHPP, and bordetella (kennel cough) for both grooming and daycare. Email or upload records when you book and we'll keep them on file.
How long does a full groom take — do I leave them or wait?+
Most full grooms run 2–3 hours depending on size and coat. It's a drop-off — we text when they're ready, usually with a photo. No need to wait around.
What's your policy if my dog is anxious or reactive?+
Tell us up front and we'll plan a calmer, slower visit — quieter room, more breaks, no force. Marco specializes in nervous pups. If we ever feel a dog is too stressed, we stop and talk options with you.
Do you do daycare and grooming the same day?+
Absolutely — a lot of regulars do daycare with a groom mid-day. Just add both when you book and we'll sequence it so your dog isn't waiting in a kennel.
What's the cancellation/no-show fee for a grooming slot?+
Free to reschedule with 24 hours' notice. Inside that window or a no-show is a 50% fee, since grooming slots are long and hard to refill last-minute. Reschedule right from the reminder text.
